Born in 1979, Sadri Fegaier is a visionary entrepreneur. After having opened five telephone stores between 1998 and 2005, he made his first shift towards the creation of high-value multimedia services and their distribution through retail partner networks. This is how the first comprehensive multimedia insurance was created.
Developed to meet consumers’ expectations in this field, Fegaier’s offer quickly became a success. In 2009, the company began its exponential growth by expanding throughout France and Europe.
The Group went from 1 million to 8 million in turnover in 6 years and recorded +1,100% growth over the same period.
2018 marked a historic turning point in his career, when the Group became the second-largest shareholder of the Fnac-Darty group. Constantly looking for innovations, he diversified his business activities and launched Hubside the same year. This platform, whose star product was a website creation service, would allow individuals and professionals alike to simplify their digital projects. In 2020, he bought the Switch network, the biggest Apple Premium Reseller in Belgium (30 stores). Then, continuing this dynamic, he rolled out Hubside.Store in France and Europe, a new chain of stores specialising in the sale of new and reconditioned high-tech products. This directly-owned network is revolutionising user habits by offering new and innovative services, like Pass’Location.
Fegaier’s keen sense of innovation, his ability to adapt to changes in the market and consumer trends, and his commitment to job creation, particularly for young people, have all contributed to making him one of the most brilliant and respected self-made men of his generation. These qualities earned him the title of best entrepreneur in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region in 2018.

There he helped major groups and public institutions such as Universal Music, CCF, Kering and LVMH in their digital transition. This was followed by a successful entrepreneurial career spanning 20 years. In 1999, he helped to created Primefilm, one of the pioneers of VOD platforms in France, and then the digital consulting group ACTUALYS in 2002. In 2008, he took his business worldwide and exported the French Touch to Vietnam by creating the company Ozerside. He then acquired the European e-commerce activities of the publisher Commerce Guys in 2016.
